Action: Review your concurrent request log file for more detailed information.

Please change the profile value for concurrent copies for operation user from 5 to 0 and retest the issue.


Cause:
spool has file count around 1000


Fix:

lp: Too many active jobs
Log in through root user.
Delete files form "/var/spool/cups" 
cd /var/spool/cups. 
# rm -rf *
Restart CUPS server. 
# /etc/init.d/cups restart.
Retest the issue.
