Workflow : workflow notification mails stuck - acknowledgement, approval, rejections ,etc

Workflow mailer able to send notifications to Users. 

When users acknowledges the email, they are stuck in their inbox only.

Unable to process .


Fix:

Applications System:R12PRD  > Workflow  > Service Components  >Advanced > Details


check the value of 

Inbound Thread Count
, it should be 1.
