FRM-92101 - There was a failure in forms server during startup.this could be due to invalid configuration

Solution details are as folllows

This issue is due to Load balancer session persistence as well ssl certificate .

Upload the valid certificate at load balancer level.

steps are as follows

• Networking ==>
• Load Balancers  ==> 
• Load Balancer Details==> 
• Certificates

select "Load Balancer Managed Certificates"

 

upload certificate.
